Day Nr9: San Francisco Day2

Today we did a self guided tour, with our car. In the morning we had a soft starter at starbucks, just outsideo of the hotel, actually iti s funny the starbucks is inside the bank “Wells Fargo”.

After the breakfast we picked up the car and drove Highway 101 north over the Golden Gate bridge to have a view from “Battery Spencer”, what a pity that it was foggy and windy again. We went further to via the costal  road to Marin Headlands, also visited Rodeo Beach and for lunch we went over to Sausalito and had a great lunch at “The Spinnacker”.
Afterwards we drove up the hills in Sausalito to the Freeway 101 and headed South back to Frisco where we stopped at Fisherman’s Wharf for about 1,5 hrs (Amazing parking fees 14 USD for only this time). Then we drove back to the hotel via the Telegraph-hill and Chinatown.

For dinner we just walked to the back side of the hotel and had good Italian food nearby. Tomorrow we are heading out of San Francisco on Highway #1 South via Santa Cruz to Monterey.
