Day Nr15: Disneyland

A long day at Disneyland started at about 7:15 when we got up, again an early day.
After the usual morning procedure, we took a breakfast in the hotel, wasn´t the best, and than we joined the shuttle bus from the hotel to Disneyland at about 8:05. After about 10 min. with the bus we arrived at the gates and purchased our “one-day Hopper” tickets – for Disneyland & California Adventureland.

We started at the California Adventureland with the rides, no queuing up at all. The best ride here was the “Hollywood Tower”, later in the afternoon Chris and me did also the Wildwater raft – we got soaked again.
We headed over to Disneyland where we had lunch  after a ride in “Space Mountain”. We also did the rides in Frontierland (Big Thunder Mountain Railroad), Critter Country (Splash Mountain), New Orleans Square (Pirates of the Caribbean), Fantasyland (Matterhorn Bobsleds) as well as in Adventureland (Indiana Jones & Jungle Cruise).

We also visited “It´s a small world”, which is a soft boat ride through several countries (all continents) of the world. The final of the day was a Disneyparade at the main street and the big phenomenal fireworks, where also Tinkerbel (Tinka) and Dumbo flew over the castle.
