Day Nr20: Final Beach day

What a pity the vacation is over soon and we have to travel back to Europe, but before we do that, we have visited the beach again for relaxation. This time we went to Santa Monica beach incl. a visit to Venice beach!

On the way to the beach we drove via the Sunset Blvd to the Pacific Coast Hwy (Nr1), than south to Santa Monica. where we parked close to the Pier. When we arrived at the coast area it was completely cloudy and a bit foggy, but at about noon time the sun came out and it was a great day at the beach. Thank god because Marjan was in stress because of having too less sun on her last day in the States.

At arround 5:30 we left the Santa Monica area in the south direction to “Venice Beach”, where we also had our dinner, with a nice episode of an homeless and a selfcalled prayer – it was funny .

On the way back to the car we had a nice sunset at the Venice beach walk.
